Since starting to work on Tinkertown the team of Headup's internal development studio grew from only 2 persons to almost 10 which made it harder to keep track everything on what's going on in the project.

So the need for a project manager came up. As I already put some efforts into that field it felt some kind of natural to shift over my work towards that position.

So in 2023 my official role was defined as project manager for the internal development of Headup.

With the restructuring of Thunderful and the resulting realignment of Headup, the internal development team was outsourced into the new company Goon Squad where I took the role as Head of Studio.
